West Wyalong Services and Citizens Club offers a number of venues and services suitable for weddings, parties, conferences and other functions - from small intimate groups of 10, to informal gatherings or formal banquets and parties of up to 200.

Our Catering and Functions Coordinator can assist you with preparations, menus, decorations, entertainment and formats to suit your requirements. We have 2 rooms available the “Fairway Bistro” room is suitable for parties and groups of up to 80, and our private function room can cater to groups of up to 160.

Room Hire
Half day $100 - Full day $200 - Start before 9am $30 per hour
Projector Hire $50 per day

We cater for breakfasts, brunch, luncheons, morning and afternoon teas
and dinner. Our outdoor barbecue area is suitable for informal group gatherings.

We have the Clun Inn adjacent to the Sports Club, the Club Inn is a 42 room 4 star facility that includes synthetic tennis courts and swimming pool.
The Sports Club also has 2 bowling greens & a fantastic 18 hole golf course.

The S&C Sports Club is a versatile venue and is ideal for:
• Weddings
• Birthdays
• Christmas Parties
• Anniversaries
• Wakes
• Corporate Golf or Bowls days
• Conferences and meetings
• Cocktail Parties

The team at the Sports Club pride themselves in being able to assist you in planning that perfect wedding - one with style, elegance and romance.

We try to make your wedding personal and individual and we know how
important it is to create that ambience and atmosphere that will make
your day special.

When planning the day we will help select a menu to suit your budget,
assist with the wedding format, seating and all aspects of wedding etiquette.

Once you have chosen your menu the following are inclusive:
• Room hire and set up
• Bridal Table
• Cake Table
• Table cloths and Serviettes - (3ply standard colours)
• Crockery, cutlery and glassware
• Table menus

*$10 per table cloth launder fee

For weddings we can also arrange accommodation for your guests and a
bridal suite at Club Inn Resort. (Adjacent to the Sports Club)
